There are 3 Types of Reports in Dynamic Messenger:

Quick Total:

  • Offers summary reporting and is most useful for reporting on results of large marketing campaigns. 

  • The main Quick Total screen allows you to choose which creatives you would like to report on, what data you would like to see, how you would like it grouped, and what range of dates you would like to see.

Message Tracking:

  • Allows you to view reports at the recipient level, and is most useful for Sales or one-to-one campaigns, where the activity of an individual is being analyzed.

  • See details of date and time message was sent, who the message was for, who sent it, what template was sent, and the unique ID assigned to this message.

  • Messenge Event Log shows you details of all actions recorded for this message.

Delivery Performance:                                                 

  • Offers a month-to-date snapshot of your Delivery Performance per domain.
  • The default report shows information related to the top 10 domains that you mailed month-to-date
  • Drop-down menu allows you to select top 5, 10, 20, or 25 domains.
